Since two days ago, McDonald's launched an operation in Canada that could meet the demands of millions of consumers of coffee in America. The famous "Free Coffee" is therefore up until March 6 in all McDonald's Canada. To announce this return, McDonalds carried out a rather amusing promotional stunt inside the station Berri-UQAM in Montreal.
In the middle of the Berri Uqam station, there's a mock bedroom, complete with sleeping inhabitants. One couple sleeping in a bed was placed in the heart of the station while passers-by could get coupons for the famous free coffee. In Canada, as in the United States, coffee is very popular and specialty chains like Starbucks is extremely profitable. This action is obviously geared to make McDonald's a new standard in line with cafes and this type of creative marketing strategy will surely enjoy good returns for McDonalds.
